~Chapter 25: Blaze~

William flattened his ears and crouched down. Lei and Don backed away. Mike jumped in the middle of us, the tip of his tail glowed a bright yellow. "We're in enemy territory! Pull it together! Both of you!" Mike glance at me. My eyes faded back to lime green. William sighed and stood straight up. Mike's tail stopped glowing. "Touching…too bad your intruding." A black wolf said. His yellow eyes glared at us. A young brown she-wolf snapped at us. "Hello, Super Fang Alpha." She said in a high voice. Like nails on a chalkboard. "Fang…Snap." I said, nodding at them.

Fang and Snap brought us to the Blood/Claw Pack camp. Inferno, a strong young wolf, with fur the color of fire, padded up to us. "Well well, more Super Fang captives! Soon, we'll have the entire pack." He laughed. A black and brown wolf, with fur pointed up like thistles, sat next to Inferno. Mike growled. "Thorn…" He said to the black and brown wolf. A dark grey she-wolf sat next to Thorn. "This is my mate, Flick." Thorn said. "She happens to have normal colors. Unlike most of your pack members, Ping." He laughed with Flick, Fang, Snap, and Inferno. "You're one to laugh, Inferno." I said coolly. His flame colored fur burned our eyes. He glared at me, his yellow eyes burned mine. "Yes, well…At least my powers are worth having strange fur for." He smirked.

I narrowed my eyes. "Where are my pack members?" Inferno's ears perked up. "Ah, is that why you were intruding?" He paused. "To save two spies and a patrol of three?" Mike's ears shot straight up. "A patrol of how many?" Mike hissed. Snap laughed and we flattened our ears so we wouldn't go deaf. "Were you expecting another member on the patrol?" She spat. I looked at Mike. "How many were on Zack's patrol? Please say three…" I whispered. Mike's ears twitched and he shook his head. "Four…counting Zack." Mike replied. I glared at Inferno. "Where's my Omega?" I hissed. "Omega? I never knew you had one actually…" Inferno paused. "Would he happen to be sand colored? Or dark grey?" Fang burst out laughing. "Why would she send her Omega out as a spy?" He remarked. Thorn held up his paw, his unsheathed claws sparkled in the sun. "Perhaps she's talking about your closest adviser, Alpha Inferno." He suggested. "Wouldn't that be you? Or Flick?" Mike asked. Inferno grinned and shrugged. "Maybe…"
